CV19+ D9

Spent the morning replying to emails and working from the slumber / prison of isolation.
Then spent most of the afternoon editing. Yes, i’m wearing a mask. Yes, i’m in my home office.
I don’t want to spread germs anywhere. I don’t want Soph or [the cat] Imogen to catch it.
Walked on the [dreadmill] treadmill for 35mins. Immediately felt tired/weird.

Could be a while before i’m running again. Taking it slow to start.
