Spending the morning getting setup for the new year. 
Woke up at 5am feeling tired and anxious to get things in place for 2022.
That means getting back on track. I’m out of any kind of regular training and also been eating pretty badly. I’ve been ill a few times in the last few months and think it’s a case of letting my health slide that may be a cause. That and some anxiety / stress. Time to get back to the [good] old habits.
Morning routine.
Meditating.
Off the phone earlier at night - especially making use of focus modes in iOS. 
Part of that will be journaling too.

A year ago today we went into. 6 week lockdown. Today I’m waiting for my results of a PCR test for covid. Which I don't think I have.
